Welcome to Jamie Farrell’s Personal Fitness website. I believe that fitness should be unique to the individual, so I tailor my training prescription and nutritional guidance based upon the individual.
I work with clients for sports performance, rehabilitation from injury or disease, pre and post natal guidance, strength and conditioning, lifestyle management, body building, body composition, weight loss or palliative training for cancer patients. I believe that education alongside specific guidance will empower clients to make long term changes as opposed to short term transformations.
